Exactly what I wanted/needed

This is a very simple BP tracker, nothing to fancy just tracks BP, heart rate, date & time. Can be exported via CSV file emailed. I email it to my self and print it before heading into the doctors office. My Dr. always comments on how neat and tidy it is!
